I was wondering if they would be too young to appreciate it but they really liked it. One nice thing was when I finished telling the story of the children said, 'There's a Tawny Frogmouth there.' Sure enough there on the wall was a photo of a Tawny Frogmouth taken when it was sitting on one of the Stringybarks in the kindy playground.Austorieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08534829900161155303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8463789155560705557.post-47260443184967315532011-06-29T22:02:32.558-07:002011-06-29T22:02:32.558-07:00Hi Cath,

'David and the Longnecked Tortoise' was enjoyed by one class and a second class enjoyed 'Sally and Harry saved a Mopoke'.

I have to admit though that I changed the story. The Mopoke changed into a Barking Owl and the names of the children changed to Harry and Mary. The Barking Owl wasn't hurt. Harry took a photo of it to show his Grandad.

I think I'll end up telling this story a quite a lot as well. I wonder if it will change anymore?

DaryllAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8463789155560705557.post-52612692161645410412011-05-25T21:25:34.474-07:002011-05-25T21:25:34.474-07:00I like Tenthill Creek best of all of the catchment...I like Tenthill Creek best of all of the catchment.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8463789155560705557.post-88353228837846806222011-05-25T21:24:08.208-07:002011-05-25T21:24:08.208-07:00Your welcome Mrs Evans we enjoyed our visits.Your welcome Mrs Evans we enjoyed our visits.Austorieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08534829900161155303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8463789155560705557.post-48002506191929423262011-05-22T20:30:28.172-07:002011-05-22T20:30:28.172-07:00Hi Daryll and Koari,
